Dawson & Nye is an auction and appraisal firm that was started in 1977 by Linda and Ken Dawson and was recently acquired by John and Kathleen Nye after his long and fruitful Sothebys career. The corporate headquarters and 13,000 square foot gallery are located twenty (20) miles west of New York City in Morris Plains, New Jersey. We also maintain associate offices in Palm Beach, Florida and seasonally in Bar Harbor, Maine. The bulk of our business, however, comes from the Trust and Estate community in the tri-state area.
